This place is amazing! The food is fabulous and the staff is super sweet and welcoming. No surprise it's such a popular hangout, I can't wait to go back!

Delicious delicious delicious! I highly recommend. It's a cutest little spot with lovely service and tasty food. I got the curry Chicken Curry Puff and the Pad See Ew and I can't stop thinking about both of those items. I will be back to continue exploring the menu.

They do 3 things amazing 1. Shrimp Pad Thai 2. Drunken Noodles w/ Chicken 3. Yellow Curry with Chicken The Thai coffee is also fantastic My wife gets the Rama w/ tofu and she loves it

got a pad thai and a thai iced tea. both were really great! the thai iced tea wasn't too sweet and was perfect. the prices were not too expensive either. the service was really fast and my server was very nice. it was quiet on the corner of the street and I went late around 9 and it was pretty empty. overall a great thai restaurant to stop by and get a quick thai meal or drink!

Such a nice restaurant with serene ambiance and lovely, simple decor. I ordered the Crispy Duck Tamarind, served with veggies, including broccoli, green beans, and carrots. This came with fluffy steamed rice. The duck was truly and satisfyingly crispy, with plenty of meat in a delightfully, flavorful sauce. The duck was also tender and succulent. Veggies were pretty tasty and a great fresh element. For dessert, I had the Mango Sticky Rice, which was absolutely delicious! The Sticky Rice was covered with an irresistible sweet condensed milk liquid, and there were both slices mango and strawberries on the sides. Sticky rice had wonderfully sticky consistency, while the fruit was perfectly ripe and soft. Service was decent. Our waiter was friendly and everything came out in a timely manner. Prices were reasonable. I would definitely like to return to try the Crispy Pork Drunken Noodles and Thai Iced Coffee.

I think the food would be a 1)drunken noodle- 8/10 very good and lychee mojito 2)dumplings and friend tofu 6.5/10 Thai ice coffee- 7/10 3)Garlic chicken 8/10 and lychee martini 4)Garlic chicken and lychee martini- 8/10 5)salmon dinner -8/10 -Service was nice not amazing very charismatic -ambiance is very calm and rustic so far

Best Thai food I've ever had. Fresh ingredients, perfectly spiced. Amazing Thai food.

So far the best quick Thai place I've had in the area. I usually get eh drunken noodles and here they make them spicy. Also, the tofu is cooked very well and the flavor is really good. I recommend this place for some fast takeout.

My experience at Hudson Thai was great! I came for a farewell dinner with a mentee and their parent. Since I am vegetarian, I got started with the tofu pad see ew. The others ordered soup and drunken noodles, which looked delicious. The lychee martinis were more lychee than martini, but still enjoyable. I would recommend applying mosquito repellent before coming here and eating outside because they were silent killers, and left huge welts on the mom's legs. I try to keep in mind to wear mosquito repellent when choosing to sit outside and enjoy the weather. By the time I got there with the bug spray, she was already bitten. She applied some of mine to prevent it from happening again. The ambiance was beautiful and the staff was super warm, friendly, and attentive to our needs when we needed more water and food even though we were outside. The mango sticky rice was delicious however the coconut sauce had a little bit of a salty taste to it but I think that's the traditional recipe. The banana spring rolls were really delicious and paired well with the ice cream. I really enjoyed the tofu pad see ew needles and vegetables, but the tofu could've been seasoned better. I would consider coming back again.
